What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a dry powder. Powder coating is applied electrostatically and then cured in an oven. It is usually used to create a tough finish that is more durable than conventional paint. Because the high temperatures used to cure the coating, parts to be coated must be able to endure temperatures up to 400°F.
